From the artist; I did this soon after I got the iPad. I downloaded a new app called "Artist's Touch" and was experimenting with it. Right outside the window was the gardener's truck and I decided that'd make a good subject for my sketch. I used watercolor and pastel brushes within the app to get this effect.
